Joined the IEEE RA-L Editorial Board as Associate Editor

I am happy to announce that I have joined the Editorial Board of IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RA-L) as an Associate Editor in the area of Robot Learning. I will be working with Senior Editor Sehoon Ha in this role.
